"Open" bottom so things like zip-ties fall out. Pockets and slots are tight. Pocket against the inside back is pretty much useless for a tool unless it's a pair of scissors. Tools like pliers or cutters with handles wobble in the outer slots unless both handles are in slots which also means losing a place for another possible tool. Really depends on your job and what tools you'll be carrying.

Nice, compact pouch for screwdrivers, pliers, and other small tools. Well designed, and seems built to last, like all the other Toughbuilt stuff I have.
