    Though these shears are intended for cutting fiber optic jacketing,jackets, have searched for a while to have a compact short blade set of shears for my work.I am a stainless welder/fabricator for the pharmaceutical tank industry ,specializing in cip process systems.scotch Brite sheets are used in strips on the interior of our tubing to remove color from welding before our electropolish process.scotch Brite wears down ordinary scissors with the quickness! These Kevlar shears are flawless for my needs with repeatability. Thankyou!
