Belden's Double Bubble system exists for the installations that fail everywhere else: security cameras, rooftop runs, and exposed wiring where moisture and weather kill ordinary terminations.
The connectors create two independent 360-degree compression points — one exterior, one interior — and the CPLCRBC-BR is the tool that makes them. The result is a permanently sealed connection with superior protection against moisture migration and signal ingress/egress.

The tool itself is built to match the claim: manufactured from 4100-series aircraft-grade chromoly alloy for maximum strength, with a self-adjusting plunger head that delivers precise, consistent compression on every squeeze — no calibration, no adjustments, no drift over thousands of cycles.
The compression dies are built into the tool body, which is what allows Double Bubble connectors to skip the separate compression sleeve entirely.

Compatibility covers the full F-Conn Double Bubble family — RG59/RG6 F, BNC, and RCA connectors — plus F-Conn RG59/RG6 Series basic compression connectors.
A silver interchangeable adapter tip is included for compressing nickel F and nickel RCA connectors, ready to use out of the box. Made in the USA with a 1-year warranty.

It works great with bnc compression connectors. Used many different brands and they were all junk. This is the only one i found that works properly and continues to work.

Easy to use and solid connection	April 21, 2021

The manufacturer shows that the connection made using the Belden connectors (1694ABHD1) and Belden cables (1694A) takes 100 lbs of force to break. I can say the connection is solid. Definitely worth the money to provide peace of mind. Make sure you remove the adapter before connecting the Belden BNC connectors.

I've used this tool for some time now. While it's not my favorite crimper, it isn’t all that difficult to use. You don’t need to open the jaws manually. With the connector on the end of the wire simply insert it in the center of the jaws and push. The jaws will slide open and the cable/connector will slide through to the plunger. I agree with you about the adaptor being able to fall out of the tool when it is laid down or bumped. I’ve found, if I remove the adaptor, take a pair of small pliers and squeeze the retainer ears gently to bring them a little closer together the adaptor will stay in place. It may take a couple of tries to get the tension right on the ears. Hope this helps.

It takes two hands to open the jaws and place the fitting in place. The die which is used for coax fittings is removable, and may be dislodged and lost
It is a cumbersome item, if you have need to work close, it will not work well
