The GMP 10900 slits long lengths of innerduct lengthwise, driven by a standard 3/8in ratchet.
It takes 1-1/4in to 2in HDPE and MDPE innerduct with .150in to .275in walls, so you can open a long run quickly and get to the fiber.

The ratchet design is safer than a knife, and regulated cutter depth keeps the blade off what's inside.
Start from an open end or mid-section. A storage pouch and blade protector are included; supply your own 3/8in drive ratchet.
