1. Place sharpener over blade

2. Draw sharpener across blade edge from base to tip 3-4 times until desired sharpness is achieved

Sharpening Scissors:

1. Place sharpener against a flat surface

2. Draw scissor blade through sharpening slot 3-4 times until desired sharpness is achieved
