The Jonard RTC-2640 rings large HDPE fiber duct with a clean circular cut, without damaging the fiber inside.
Clamp it on, rotate it around the duct, and the high carbon steel circular blade cuts to a set depth - no saw, no guesswork.

Ergonomic handles give extra leverage on thick duct walls, and the carbon steel construction is built for daily use.
For duct from 36 mm to 52 mm, Jonard makes the RTC-3652.
