The Jonard TK-DC02 Data Center Electrical Utility Kit is a purpose-built electrical termination and power distribution kit for technicians installing, connecting, and maintaining power infrastructure at data center facilities - edge and enterprise, hyperscale, colocation, and AI networks alike. It covers the hands-on electrical work that happens before and beyond the rack room: stripping and terminating heavy-gauge conductors, crimping lugs, pulling wire through conduit, and verifying circuits safely.
A full suite of insulated pliers, screwdrivers, and strippers - rated 1000V live use and tested to 10,000 VAC - keeps you protected in live and mixed-voltage environments, while the CAT III 1500V clamp meter handles accurate measurement across DC and AC power feeds. Strip and prepare conductors across a wide range: the CST-1900 handles round cable from 3/16in to 1-1/8in, the JIC-2030 covers 20-30 AWG signal wire, the WSS-1020 covers 10-20 AWG, and the INP-4065 strips 8-30 AWG live. Everything rides in a rugged technician backpack built for large facility buildouts and multi-site deployments.
