This slim, but strong Wire PulLee steel roller fits in your box for smooth and controlled wire pulling. It effortlessly guides wire and cable into the feeding end of the job at the correct angle, eliminating the need for a second person to manually guide the feeding end.

This is another very good and handy item to use on the metal box where the wire is being pulled, it eliminates pulling short pulls to keep the wire from hitting the bottom of the box, the wire is directed out of the box.
