We've seen screwdriver magnetizers from just about every manufacturer and they have all been more of the same; until now. Klein Tools has taken the old screwdriver magnetizer and made it completely awesome. Instead of Ceramic magnets, they use super powerful rare earth magnets. This translates to a much stronger magnetizing of screwdrivers.

Most old school magnetizers are big and clunky; not the MAG2. Klein Tools made the MAG2 compact and easy to carry. The MAG2 houses the rare earth magnets in a rugged plastic body that can be hung anywhere with the included ring.

Rather compact and convenient it is possible to fix in places, comfortable for itself. In comparison with similar devices from Wiha or Wera more compact.

My old Magnetizer/Demagnetizer worked but it relied on two o'Rings to hold the halves together and they would eventually fail.  The Klein MAG2 is one piece and has the convenience of a key ring attached so it is always handy.  I was so impressed with it I bought some for some friends of mine.  A GREAT ADDITION to my Tool Bag.
