The GMP 88912 is a scissor-style cutter for 1in (25 mm) O.D. multilayer tubing and up to 3/4in (19 mm) schedule 40 PVC.
The PTFE-coated steel blade glides through plastic, and the rubberized anti-impact grip is comfortable through a day of cuts.

A handle latch keeps it closed when it's not in use.
Not for metal pipe or wire, and don't use it on cold PVC. Replacement blade is P/N 88914.
