The Amphenol BDS108H is an 8-way horizontal digital splitter for feeding eight drops from a single coax line in MDUs, businesses and larger homes. Every output runs about -11 dB across the full 5-1002 MHz band, so cable TV, DOCSIS data and return-path signals reach every room cleanly.

A zinc die-cast housing with a fully soldered back cover gives 120 dB shielding, and the machined, pressure-sealed F-ports are capacitive coupled to stop hum modulation. The bonding lug takes #8-14 solid copper ground wire. Built to SCTE standards by Amphenol Broadband Solutions (formerly Holland Electronics).
