The Jonard FS-1416 scores and rings thick-walled 14/10 and 16/10 microduct so you can open it without damaging the fiber inside.
It handles both sizes with no adjustment, on duct 5 mm to 16 mm with 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm walls.

A spring-loaded butterfly clip opens the wide jaws, which wrap around the duct and hold it while you score.
