U-TECK 59200 RayDius Fiber Quadrant Block - 40" MBD, 600 lbs (2700 N) Max Tension

U-TECK's RayDius Fiber Quadrant Block is designed to protect fiber optic cable during installation. The 59200 can be used as an Infeed Guide or an Outfeed Guide for Fiber Cable to prevent breakage, which can occur on some standard quadrant blocks. Using a new, gently curving solid design, U-TECK was able to provide a smooth contour while maintaining the required bend radius of the Fiber Optic Cable and eliminating breakage caused by contact pressure.

This product will fit on all standard Jamb Skids, Hanger Arms, Hanger Blocks, Support Bars, and Pole Brackets. The RayDius block has 6 unique CableKeeper slots for using Deltec strapping or tie wraps when you want to ensure that the cable continues to travel over the block without bouncing off. Using proper tools, such as the RayDius, will also greatly reduce man-hours spent trying to resolve internal cable breakage issues. The RayDius is also safer and lightweight for easier maneuvering in small spaces with ergonomic grips molded into the design!

The RayDius has undergone extensive wear and temperature testing and exceeded all factory testing standards. For use as a lip roller on the edge of a manhole or handhole, U-TECK's non-conductive Quadrant Block Support Bar holds the block in place. A ballistic nylon carrying case (59225) with rigid side walls, a padded shoulder strap and inside pockets is also available.
