Easy to use, and allowed for getting through tight spots where not much room is allowed.

Design is good, but if I only shoot a line or two and restore unit, have to take off CO2 unit .  Wish way to store with CO@ attached to not waster CO2 canisters

4 of 5 Does what it is supposed to do September 23, 2019
Reviewer: Tom D. from Belleville, MI United States
Just as the review title says, it does what it is supposed to do. The reason for the missing star:

1) The batteries were dead right out of the box. I had to spend another $8 for a new set. Pro tip: Use 357 batteries, same size, same voltage, higher mAh for less money vs the LR44 batteries included.

2) The Co2 cylinder could not be inserted into the cartridge holder due to cross-hole burrs. I had to deburr the thing before I could even get the first cartridge in for use.

3) The case does not allow for the tool to be stored with a cartridge installed. You can lay the tool into the case and smash the cover down (it bows the cover and does not completely shut), but the cutout in the foam should have allowed for the tool to be stored with a Co2 cartridge installed.

Aside from the above issues, the tool does do what it is supposed to do…impressively. Do NOT underestimate the power of the tool!  The projectile has a LOT of force behind it and will do damage to close-range targets!

5 of 5 Worth it over and over. September 15, 2019
Reviewer: Kemmon Gull from San Antonio, TX United States
We LOVE our Laserline. Can’t tell you how many times it has saved us.

It really saved our bacon when we had to connect networks in 2 suites of an office  strip center that had another tenant in between. The other tenant was a doctor’s office run by some large conglomerate in another city. We spent months trying to coordinate with them to run cable past their suite. They insisted on after hours, wanted us to pay all expenses for one of their engineers and HIPPA compliance people to travel to town and supervise, and a long legal agreement for liability/damages, etc.

So instead we cut a 4” hole in the firewall above the drop ceiling in one of our suites, shot a string from the other suite 80’ across the plenum above the doctors office, pulled our cables and bam! done in an hour in the middle of the day. The Laserline paid for itself 5x over in the very first run we ever did with it.

5 of 5 Great product May 2, 2018
Reviewer: Henry Farrish from Jackson, MO United States
We use it in a large steel church attic to get from one side to the other without having to crawl on duct work.  We have also used it in drop ceiling, love this product.
The customer service at Tech Tool Supply is great as well.  Very fast service.

5 of 5 Excellent product with a learning curve November 17, 2017
Reviewer: Alan Schultz from Lakebay, WA United States
I have used this twice.  Once to run coax under a house, saved a ton of time since I did not have to crawl.  The second I shot a string over a really busy highway and pulled new coax across.  On one hand this is a, "Nerf Gun for adults"  It is expensive, but I think in time as I learn to use it, ie.  "adjust it's range" it will be a valuable tool.  The manual it comes with could be improved upon.  Overall I am quite pleased with my purchase.
