802 Piece Insulated Ferrule Kit w/ Crimper March 21, 2023 Reviewer: Joe from Philly   This saves me so much time. No more twisting and as you tighten it comes out specially in tight spots. The best is the crimper. It makes a square so it's squeezing from 4 directions not one, two or three. This old pair I had would do a triangle pattern which was crap in a box style connection. Square is king 🤴 and stays in there. Every tech should have one of these kits. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product December 5, 2022 Reviewer: Norm from Indianapolis   This system provides professional terminations for stranded wire that are easier to work with, more secure, more reliable and more durable.  It's almost impossible to have shorts created by stray strands.  The terminals are designed to funnel the wire into the ferrule.  The clever tool crimps any size terminal without adjustment.  And, it's a square crimp! 802 Piece Insulated Ferrule Kit w/ Crimper November 10, 2022 Reviewer: ANDREW WILSON / FIREWORKS, LLC from Cheshire, CT United States   If you do low-voltage work especially (security, fire, video, access control, intercom, integrated systems, or even industrial controls, etc.) this tool is a life changer.  If you've struggled to put small stranded wires into/under small terminals or terminal screws, especially after the terminal was initially secured, this is a God-send.  This system creates a stiff termination that can allow you to easily insert a stranded conductor into the smallest terminal screw connection with ease, over and over.  No more cursing because the terminal won't receive your stranded wire connection.  Once you try this, you'll wish you discovered it years ago.  Also, it makes your terminations look very professional!  The parts container supplied with the kit isn't the greatest, but it doesn't diminish the value of the product. I have only used the tool a couple times but it seems well constructed and crimps the ferrules well. Makes for a nice clean installation and a solid connection to the equipment I was working on. Ferrell's & Crimp Tool May 14, 2021 Reviewer: Gary Scoville from Torrington, CT United States   I found the ferrell's to be about average quality and the crimping tool to be rather cheep. Stranded wire cleanup February 5, 2021 Reviewer: Randall Quinton from SAMMAMISH, WA United States   The crimper was very easy and consistent to use. Bundling the wire strands with a collar does come with a price. A tight fit now may not work with the additional metal collar and squaring of the wire. The colored collar has a larger diameter than the wire and should be taken into account when using tightly spaced push-in connectors.  A 3.5mm spaced push-in connector is too tight to use the 16AWG(RTC-TPIN) or 18 AWG (RTC-001) crimp. The 20AWG(RTC-P75) just fits but the 22/24AWG(RTC-P50) works well. The good news is that a 20AWG wire will fit in the RTC-P50 crimp. The wire 'grab' with the collar is great. It feels very solid and pull resistant. Perfect for speaker wire. Was this review helpful to you?

What I needed, without the extra cost September 29, 2020 Reviewer: Andrew   Work for an ISP/Fixed wireless provider. This allows me to terminate stranded wire for ease of install on the tower and keep the cabinets looking clean at the base. Was this review helpful to you?
