Ripley Cablematic CB-132K Coring Bit Kit for CST 500MC - CommScope® MC² 500 Cable

The Ripley Cablematic 33752 (CB-132K) is the replacement core bit kit for the CST500MC Coring, Stripping and Chamfering Tool, designed specifically for use on CommScope® Trilogy MC² coaxial cable in the 500 kcmil size. The CB-132K features a double-helix coring bit that precisely removes the polyethylene disc or air dielectric from MC² cable, allowing technicians to prepare terminations cleanly and consistently. This is the dedicated coring component of the CST500MC system and is not interchangeable with core bit kits for other cable sizes.

The CST500MC accepts both manual T-handle operation and drill-powered use via its built-in 3/8" drill adapter, making the CB-132K core bit suitable for high-volume production work as well as field splicing applications. When the coring bit wears or becomes damaged from repeated use, replacing it with the OEM CB-132K restores the tool to full factory performance without requiring purchase of an entirely new tool assembly. Cable splicers and broadband construction crews working with CommScope MC2 infrastructure should stock this replacement kit to minimize downtime.

Note: The CB-132K is specific to the CST500MC (Part No. 33895) and is not compatible with the CST750MC, which uses the CB-134K core bit kit (33762) instead. The sheath cutting blade for the CST500MC is a separate replacement item (CB60, Part No. 14907), and the white guide sleeve (Part No. 33771-2) is also sold separately.
