PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Ruegg Slap On #2 is the roller aerial crews reach for first. Its tool-free, slap-on design attaches directly to lashing wire in seconds and holds its position through the pull, making it one of the fastest rollers to deploy for standard overlash work. The single 1" channel guides coax, fiber, and other communications cable smoothly along the strand without catching or snagging.

This contractor 10-pack keeps a full run covered without re-ordering mid-job. Every roller is manufactured in Ruegg's Massillon, Ohio facility and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, so they hold up through long runs, rough weather, and high-volume deployment schedules.

Key Features:
  • Quantity: 10 rollers
  • Quick slap-on design installs on lashing wire in seconds - no tools required
  • Single 1" channel prevents cables from catching or snagging during the pull
  • Supports cables up to 1" in diameter, including fiber optic cable
  • Heavy-duty construction outlasts most other rollers on the market
  • Made in the USA - limited lifetime warranty
Specifications:
  • Roller Size: 1" channel
  • Max Cable Diameter: 1"
  • Mounting: Slap-on, direct to lashing wire
  • Application: Aerial overlash construction
  • Quantity: 10

3 of 5 Great Roller needs to be bigger to fill in gap January 26, 2021
Reviewer: Mike from Kingston, MA United States
The gap is to big on each side of the roller or the roller too small. The result is that flat drop cable gets stuck in that gap and so does Mike tape.

We have to put a tyrap around and above the roller to keep cable out of gap.
