The UtilityTool US14 removes the outer sheath from primary and secondary cable with ring cuts and mid-span slits.
Its ratcheting mechanism grips and penetrates duct and cable over 25 mm, and the 3-piece knuckle follows the cable contour.

Blade depth micro-adjusts up to 0.2in (5 mm) so the cut stops at the jacket.
10, 20 and 30 mm marks set cut lengths fast, and it works on high fiber count fiber optic cable too.
