How do I return an item?
14-Day Return Period
Fourteen days from order date, refunds are available on Satellite Signal Meters, CATV Signal Level Meters, Modulators, Amplifiers, Sonora Equipment, Telephone Test Sets, Head-End Electronic Equipment, and other Test equipment.
30-Day Return Period
All returns received after 14 days from purchase date are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
TechToolSupply.com offers refunds thirty days from the date merchandise was
purchased with the exception of the below listed items:
Exceptions:
Items missing Packaging, Accessories, or Literature
Labor or Assembly fees
Items that are abused or in used condition
Items missing UPC Code
Custom Made Cables & Adapters
CATV Security Tools such as SlamLock Tools, Barrel Keys, P-Keys, etc
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on special order products and other products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These fees apply unless you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
Free Shipping Returns
In the event you need to return any product that was Shipped Free by Tech Tool Supply, the original shipping cost paid by Tech Tool Supply will be deducted from the refund amount.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
We can not accept returns on items with missing/damaged packaging or missing/damaged accessories. In the event an item is received that we are unable to accept as a return, we will contact the customer to make arrangements to ship the item back.
International Returns
International customers must contact the product manufacturer direct for product repair and warranty service. Tech Tool Supply currently does not offer refunds on international purchases.
