Jonard HSC-50 Hardline Coring & Stripping Tool - 1/2" (.500") 500-Series Coax

Jonard Tools hardline stripping and coring tools are designed for operations on non-flooded cables in one operation. Simple to use, just insert the cable into the tool and start twisting. The tool will strip the jacket, core the dielectric and bevel the aluminum sheath in one operation. Additionally, a built-in chamfer tool acts as a stop for the center conductor and chamfers the center conductor. This chamfer tool is marked with various lengths to allow the user to adjust the center conductor length and comes preset to 1". The HSC tools come with a ratcheting handle standard which can be removed to allow you to connect the tool to a drill for faster operation.

The HSC-50 is sized for 500-series (1/2") hardline coax such as Times Fiber T10 and CommScope P3, in aerial or underground runs for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Performs both the stripping function and coring function all in one tool

Stripper easily removes to help deal with flooded cables

T handle is a ratcheting handle to help speed the coring process

T handle can be removed allowing the user to attach a drill to make coring even easier

Bevels the outer conductor and chamfers the center conductor and provides a center conductor length of 1"

Total core and strip length is 3.50 inches

Coring bit, blade and jacket stripping blade are made from heat-treated high-carbon steel for long life

Replacement blades and coring bits sold separately - no need to replace the whole tool

Includes:

Hex keys for replacing stripping blades and removing the T handle
