The MDI Compact® Sign System – sign and sign stand -- sets up in less than 20 seconds – the quickest and easiest deployment in the industry. The sign has integrated, foldable crossbracing that is equipped with our patented Single Trigger Release Mechanism, which allows sign to deploy and take-down with just the push of a button. The MDI Compact Sign is used with WindMaster® sign stands model 4814®DLKD. The sign stands feature kick-release legs, which also simplifies set-up.

Use with MDI's WindMaster Sign Stand (not included).

    • Sign Material Descriptions:
  • Reflexite® Super Bright Roll-UP Signs are made of polymeric microprism sheeting sealed to a fiber reinforced backing material and meet the requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The retroreflective signs are visible at long distances both day and night and have color stabilizers to guard against fading.

    • Reflexite® Marathon Fluorescence Signs:
  • Made of polymeric microprism sheeting sealed to a fiber reinforced backing material and offer superior reflectivity. They meet the requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The retroreflective signs have higher levels of photometric performance which provides maximum visibility at long distances both day and night and have color stabilizers to guard against fading.

    • The MDI Compact Collapse & Wrap Sign System:
  • This unit is comprised of an MDI Compact sign and a WindMaster sign stand (each sold separately). Once the sign is mounted to the stand it becomes one unit, and, if desired, the sign can stay with the stand. To store, the sign quickly collapses down using the single trigger release button and wraps around the upright on the stand. The rapid deployment significantly improves safety and efficiency in the work zone.
