The brand new TIP 2017 introduces the robust multi-purpose clip, daily mode and constant-on mode, innovative design and user oriented, ultralow standby power drawn (<5uA), standby duration up to 1 year.
Nitecore TIP 2017's multi-purpose clip fully covers the USB charging port to safeguard against any damages. It can also cover the dual action buttons to prevent accidental activation.
Nitecore's TIP offers 4 different output levels: Ultralow, Mid, High, and Turbo. Ultralow and Turbo can be quickly accessed from the off position using the two buttons. All modes can be accessed through the mode button while the TIP is powered on.
Behind the TIP's buttons is a dual purposed LED indicator. When connected to USB the LED indicates whether the battery is charged (green) or charging (red). When the unit is not connected to USB power and is powered off, a quick press of the Mode button reveals the battery's current charge level.
