The Utility Panel is the V-SWAP configuration for techs whose load-out never quite fit the standard Tool or Meter panels — it deliberately combines the most-requested features from both. A single dedicated elastic meter pocket holds your primary tester, while the bottom of the panel picks up additional hand tool and driver pockets. That reconfiguration frees the top of the panel for the small stuff that's hardest to store and find: precision drivers, instruments, bits, and probes, each with its own spot instead of a shared pouch.
A larger pocket behind the bit pockets holds a notepad or reference guide where you can actually reach it — a small touch that says this layout was designed by people who take service calls. In total, 27 pockets of tool and technology storage purpose-built for technicians and utility workers.
Compatibility note, and it matters: the Utility Panel is designed exclusively for the Tech Pac Blackout and Tech Pac Blackout Build-Out — it is not for the Tech Pac MC or non-Blackout bags. Like all V-SWAP panels it swaps in seconds, so one bag can carry a different interior for rough-in days, meter-heavy commissioning, and everything between.
