The Tech Pac MC Blackout is the compact member of Veto's Tech Pac family in full stealth trim — tactical all-black hardware and fabric — built for techs who carry a focused tool load hands-free on service calls, ladder climbs, and multi-floor jobs.
At 17" x 12" x 9" with 1,100 cubic inches (18 L) of interior volume and a 35 lb max payload, it holds a full service kit without the bulk of the full-size Tech Pac.
What separates the MC from ordinary tool backpacks is Veto's V-SWAP system: the interior tool-pocket panels are removable and exchangeable.
The bag ships with a Tool Panel and a Meter Panel installed; optional Laptop and Bulk Storage panels (sold separately) swap in seconds, so the same bag reconfigures for a rough-in day, a meter-heavy commissioning visit, or a service route with a laptop on board.
The rest is signature Veto build quality: an injection-molded waterproof polypropylene base that keeps tools dry on wet floors and truck beds, a thermoformed cushioned EVA back pad, metal YKK zippers, a quick-release metal hasp that supports the load while giving fast access to the rear storage bay, an exterior manifold gauge and hose pocket, and an interior magnetic screw catcher so hardware stops disappearing.
