Klein's Electrician's Scissors are designed for telecom and electrical applications and heavy-duty use. The upper blade on these scissors have notches for stripping 19 AWG and 23 AWG wire.

I have used these for fifty years.. I have been through a bunch of pairs as if used daily they do wear out. Great tools I always have a pair in my tool pouch.

Klein snips are the best out there. The serrated edges for stripping wire are better than on any other brand.
