Ripley UtilityTool BP A Banana Peeler Semi-Con Scoring Tool - 0.38-0.75in Semi-Con, 5-35 kV

The Ripley BP A "Banana Peeler" (Part #35250) scores strippable semi-con on 5 to 35 kV primary URD cable so it peels off cleanly - without cutting into the insulation underneath. It covers semi-con diameters of 0.38-0.75" (9.65-19.05 mm).

Blade depth adjusts from 1 - 90 mils. A Teflon-coated cable guide and spring-loaded blade keep the scoring depth consistent, and one hand does both the circumference and the length cut. Other diameters are in the chart below.

Features:

Adjustable blade depth (1 - 90 mils) scores semi-con without damaging the insulation

Semi-con diameter 0.38-0.75in (9.65-19.05 mm)

Spiral and longitudinal scoring

Single-handed circumference and length scoring

Teflon-coated cable guide and spring-loaded blade assembly for consistent depth
