The UtilityTool US02 MAX shaves bonded semi-con off medium and high voltage power cable and leaves the insulation smooth.
Its unique blade shape and stop position bevel off the semi-con edge with a 12 degree chamfer, so there is no extra surface finishing - and multiple stainless steel contact bearings hold cable from 2.17in to 3.15in (55-80 mm) steady through the whole cut.

It works within 1.96in (50 mm) of the jacket on mid-span or end applications.
Blade depth adjusts in 0.004in (0.1 mm) steps for semi-con up to 0.095in (2.4 mm) thick, and the revolving handle and easy-reach knobs cut strain on repetitive shaving.
