The QRT-860-R is the same great tool for coring and stripping cable size 860, but with ratcheting for more maneuverability. The QRT line from Ripley is specifically designed for CommScope¸ Quantum Reach¸ (QR), Times Fiber TX10, and also prepares Alcatel Cable Benelux ACW cables. QRT Kits include a coring and stripping tool and a jacket stripping tool (CSTQR & JSTQR).

  • Manual or drill operation
  • Heat treated, sheath cutting blade produces a smooth beveled edge and can be replaced without the expense of replacing the entire coring bit
  • Use of CC-100 or CC-200 Center Conductor Cleaner/Scraper removes residual dielectric which remains on the conductor after coring and stripping
  • JSTQR now conveniently snaps onto CSTQR for ease of storage
  • QR Kits now in bronze anodized color for easy QR identification
