The Miller FOJST slits fiber jacket or buffer tube in one step, in two places 180 degrees apart, without nicking the fiber.
A factory-set fixed blade cassette has three slitting channels for three jacket diameters, and indicator marks show exactly where the blade sits so every prep is the same length.

Small enough to live in a pocket at 0.94 oz.
Replacement slitting cassettes: MB15-7500 (2-piece set).
