Triplett POE2000 PoE Tester Pro - Shows PSE Type/Class, Voltage, Current & Power, No Battery
The Triplett POE2000 speeds up installing and troubleshooting PoE devices. Plug it in and it shows the PSE type and class, power source, polarity, voltage, current and power - and whether power is on the endspan pairs (1/2, 3/6), midspan pairs (4/5, 7/8) or all four pairs.
For IP camera and VoIP installers it answers the key question fast: is there power and a data pair for the device? A test mode tells standard PoE (36-60V) from non-standard passive PoE (11-60V), and inline the display alternates voltage, current and power. No batteries - it runs on system power.
