The MP1 from Veto Pro Pac is a compact tool pouch with a leather "Pocket Pad" to slip into your back pocket for a quick and easy carry. It also has a "Fold-Over" leather belt loop with snap for a more permanent connection and comes with a stainless steel metal tape measure clip.
