The Cable Prep RAIO-500 is the AIO All-In-One stripping/coring tool fitted with Cable Prep's RTH ratchet T-handle. In one operation it strips back the jacket, cores the dielectric, strips back and bevels the outer conductor, and measures and bevels the center conductor - replacing a separate JCS jacket stripper and SCT stripping/coring tool.

A cone-shaped cable entry reforms flattened cable without damaging the soft aluminum outer conductor, and the open body lets debris fall free. The two halves thread apart into a standard stripping tool and coring tool for tight spaces or short cable ends, and the RTH handle removes for 3/8in variable-speed drill operation. The yellow guide sleeve marks the .500 tool and slides off for flooded cable.
