The Ripley Tools WS 22/WS 22A Square-Cut Bushing (SKU 15-107560) is a precision-machined replacement component engineered for use with the Ripley UtilityTool WS 22 tool body, the power-driven WS 22A end stripper line and the WS 22 SNAP. Sized to a maximum cable outer diameter of 1.065in (27.05 mm) with 80 mil insulation thickness, this bushing produces a clean square cut when preparing 600 volt secondary cable ends, matching concentric 600 kcmil, compressed 600 kcmil, and compacted 700 kcmil conductor constructions. The bushing pairs with a replaceable 12302 blade, allowing crews to renew cutting performance without replacing the entire bushing assembly. Because the WS 22A uses two bushings per tool, technicians should order this size in pairs (or match with a second appropriate bushing) to complete a stripping setup.
