A full rubber liner seals around the cables at both ends, and dual locking latches keep the two-piece housing firmly closed against weather and vibration.
Dual center mounting points let you secure the finished junction to a wall, pole, or strand with screws or cable ties, so the splice point isn't hanging by the cable.
