I am a low voltage cable installer. These rods work great for over ceiling, in walls, they bend very well for getting into tight places. These are way more flexible and way more resilient than the Klein models you can get at hardware stores. They still have the same issue though of splintering after a few uses, so you get fiberglass splinters in your hands with heavy use. These are the best Ive found on durability, however I still recommend the Roy Rods as my favorite as you dont get splinters.
