Take a real workbench to the splice point. The U-Teck Fiber Optic Splicing Workstation gives fiber techs a stable, generous work surface wherever splicing happens - as a freestanding bench, in narrow manhole setups, inside a tent, at the central office, or up at the strand. The molded table measures approximately 35-1/2 in. x 22-1/2 in. with a recessed 22 in. x 18 in. work area that keeps sleeves, parts and small tools from rolling off, and built-in slots and holes hold your tools right where you reach for them.

The heavy-duty steel legs lock firmly to the table at a comfortable 31-1/2 in. working height, and the whole station folds flat for transport. Four accessory slots accept U-Teck's stand-offs, aerial strand cables and other add-ons, so one table adapts to ground, wall-hang and aerial work.

The aerial configuration: the table top only - no floor stand - with aerial strand clamps and a captive knob for 1/4-20 thread splicing machines. Clip it to the cable support strand and splice from the bucket with a full work surface in front of you. Hanging weight with stand-offs and bracket is a mere 10.27 lb.
