Ripley UtilityTool BP 1AH Banana Peeler Semi-Con Scoring Tool - 1.10-1.30in Semi-Con, 5-35 kV

The Ripley BP 1AH "Banana Peeler" (Part #34190) scores strippable semi-con on 5 to 35 kV primary URD cable so it peels off cleanly - without cutting into the insulation underneath. It covers semi-con diameters of 1.10-1.30" (27.94-33.02 mm).

Blade depth adjusts from 1 - 90 mils. A Teflon-coated cable guide and spring-loaded blade keep the scoring depth consistent, and one hand does both the circumference and the length cut. Other diameters are in the chart below.

Features:

Adjustable blade depth (1 - 90 mils) scores semi-con without damaging the insulation

Semi-con diameter 1.10-1.30in (27.94-33.02 mm)

Spiral and longitudinal scoring

Single-handed circumference and length scoring

Teflon-coated cable guide and spring-loaded blade assembly for consistent depth
