The UtilityTool US01-7100 is a next-generation adjustable overhead skinner built start to finish for linemen. Fully hotstick operable for live line work, it mid-span and end strips 15-35kV tree wire and spacer cable without traditional stripping knives, reducing the risk of cuts and lacerations while delivering clean, consistent jacket and insulation removal.

Oversized eye hooks accommodate shotgun sticks, and the ring/spiral selector switch is sized for disconnect sticks. High-visibility colored knobs provide set-and-forget blade positioning: the red depth knob features a reflective revolution marker readable at a distance, and the blue knob opens and closes the jaw. Ripley's negative angle design strips without spiraling during ring cuts, so jackets come off clean without a clamp.
